After two hours, the sky is slowly oh so slowly lightening to a washed out blue. I’ve been up since five, writing this paper, after having a breakthrough about my topic last night that I then didn’t have the energy to turn into paragraphs. But there’s something about early morning quiet that just makes writing so much easier. Of course, being on Tumblr isn’t a good sign for paper writing but in a minute I’m going to reheat and finish that last half cup of coffee and power through. My goal is to be able to print and finish this with time to shower before my 9:30 class. But if that doesn’t work out, I’ll just go in my unshowered shades of gray state and be like, “whatever bitches i have too many midterms to bother with pants”.
